美國前總統川普（Donald Trump）涉嫌在2016年總統大選前支付成人片女星「暴風女丹尼爾絲」（Stormy Daniels）13萬美元（約新台幣400萬）封口費，要求不曝光兩人「情史」，此舉有違法之嫌。負責調查的陪審團投票決定起訴川普，也讓他成為美國史上首位面臨刑事指控的前總統，川普強調自己是無辜的，這是有史以來最高級別的政治迫害。
