當地時間10月19日，俄羅斯常駐聯合國第一副代表德米特裏·波利揚斯基向媒體發表聲明，否認烏克蘭及西方就俄羅斯在烏克蘭使用伊朗無人機進行攻擊的指控。

波利揚斯基稱，西方的指控是為了同時對俄羅斯和伊朗進行攻擊。他表示，伊朗沒有違反安理會關於伊核協議相關決議。
據了解，當天伊朗常駐聯合國代表團也已致函安理會，否認向俄羅斯提供無人機。
